Game uses P2P / Torrent for game saves?

I use Speedify as an application to network bond my ADSL with 4G - it also doubles as a VPN and you have to connect specifically to their P2P servers if that's your internet use.

First playing the game I used the first empty save slot and Speedify immediatley popped up an warning saying I had to use their P2P/Torrent VPN servers for that type of connection.
I have a screenshot - not sure how to post that in here.

This is the only game I've seen that does this.
I know some ISP's are a bit warey of P2P and I gotta admit - it makes me a bit suspicous.....Why would it be coded like this?

On a side note - If I was twitch streaming, it would have booted me offline while speedify jumped to their P2P server. OBS will re-connect, but it'd be a new stream.

I use Speedify to an just bought the game and was curious (getting the same p2p server message when launching the game) guess we will never know for sure lmfao
