Elusive achievment glitch?

So I heard some people say that they got the elusive achievment while escaping one of the monsters. But I got the achievment while being grabbed by one of the chefs. He saw me run under the table and grabbed me. Then I got the achievment. Did this happen to anybody else?

You get the Elusive achievement by dodging an enemy's attempt to grab you. What you're supposed to do is slide across the floor (assuming you're being chased) right when the enemy is about to grap you. You'll slip right through his grip and you'll unlock the achievement. Some times it can bug out, and even though you was briefly grasped you'll still either A) Get caught and still get the achievement, or B) Glitch out of the enemy's grip and still get the achievement. I'd say that it's more of an error on Tarsier's behalf, not Steam's.

I got it when cornered by the two cheffs, avoided one, got the achievement and got caught by the other.

I was just sitting still under the table. He grabbed me. i died. i got the achievment.
