They probably eat kids to stay alive (same goes for the main character through the whole game)
But they're fat so they're probably doing this to avoid dying from diabetes while the main character eats to not starve to death.
Why kids? They're easier to capture.
Why a boat/submarine? You can cross borders easily and avoid multiple justice systems.
Why a geisha? I think mostly because it was made by japanese devs
If they add more content to the game I would love to play it, and then it would be worth the money, the game looks amazing, the idea is amazing, but the length is just not what it should be
The game leaves many unanswered questions, and I do hope that Tarsier Studios apologizes for the game's short length, and ammends their mistakes with FREE DLC that can explain or shed light on to these questions such as; "What do the monsters look like underneath their masks?", "Who is The Lady?", "Why do they have great Feasts, and why are they so important?", Shoupinou promised that these questions would be answered, but they have not been able to fulfill that promise.
But I don't like padding. A story shouldn't be longer for the sake of validating the price. I don't want this to be a seven hour game.
You paid full price for it even on humble bundle
You must not have actually looked at the costs involved. You could get most of the games for $1; you could get a few more games for a few more dollars, and than if you wanted the top tier it only added one additional game (little nightmares) for an additional $20
The humble bundle price was not a bonus or a discount, it was simply $20 in addition to you buying the other games in the bundle at their discounted prices
you don't it was a pre order option months ago, and it wasnt at a discount, it was an option to pay an extra $20 on top of buying some other game bundle
I was already thinking of refunding because having issues with the controls; I found them stiff and unresponsive. I figured I might get used to it, but when I read this I thought it would suck that I get used to the game just as it was finishing.
I had played for about 96 mins and figured I get my refund before the 2 hour mark. I was not having fun at all. Sad, because I pre-ordered this and was expecting more from it.
