Masquerade has Little Nightmares

Is there an alternate ending? *spoilers probably below*

At the end, the amount of gnomes you've hugged watch you go up the stairs, does anyone know if the ending is different if you've hugged all possible gnomes?

All gnomes and lamps have not changed the ending for me.

I was really hoping to see someone remove there face/mask. With the exception of long arms and the blood suckers I think everyone is wearing a mask. This adds to the mystery of the game and lets you fill in the blanks. But, I was expecting some kind of reveal as an ending.

Got all gnomes, lamps, candles, and giesha statues, beat the game several times. No alternate ending. Not sure if getting the final achievement is worth it: "Hard to the Core" -means beat the game under 1 hour with no deaths. I doubt anything changes at this point...
