Is it worth $20?
I don't usually play these types of games but this one looks interesting... and there's not much else out right now. Is it worth it? I'm not super picky, as long as it's entertaining...

The game is definitely entertaining, and I felt like it was worth the price because I was already anticipating it. I beat it in about 3+ hours (the extra hour was because I went to grab a bite), just fyi.

But honestly, I wouldn't exactly recommend it at its full price, unless you're already a fan of Limbo and Inside. Or if you're just hankering for something new and have no qualms about spending money.

Ya I've read a few reviews where they've finished the game and refunded it... So I get the feeling like the game is pretty good for what it is, but not very many people feel like it was worth $20.

I think refunding after enjoying the full game is BS by the way. That shouldn't be allowed, it's a flaw with the refund system I think.

No game is worth this price for 2 hours. And this isn't your typical game for replaying either. Play once probably and never touch it again. Wishlist and wait for big sale in 6-12 months. £9.99 would have been more acceptable for such a short game. Probably able to complete it within the two hours for money back.

I detest people that do that.

2 hours is no time at all in videogame world. It's fair play in my eyes. 15 quid is a lot of dough for a game that is only the length of a movie. Maybe they should have made a 3 hour game. XP
Though that still would suck for the price.

So cheating the devs of their hard work is fair game?

You get the game and they get nothing, can't see anything wrong with that.

Explain what part of that is fair...

The game looks good. But the price for what you get is extortionate.

You are missing the point of this basically being stealing.

It might cost a lot in a narrow minded world where quality isnt factored in but saying the devs deserve nothing is just wrong on so many levels.

And it's unfair when pizza boys get nothing too mate.
So I can go out and make a bloody brilliant 20 minute game. Then charge say £8. And you'd be in here defending it saying 'hey the devs need the money, back off! Just accept the price'. I mean? Dude.

Yeah it is unfair, at least agree they deserve something and not suggest exploiting the system.

I do agree they deserve something. I just think they should have priced it a bit better for all you get.
