Got an issue with the meaning of words? September starts the 1st and ends the 30th. So they used the right term whereas October, early or not, isn't...

To many things can go wrong in the last weeks.
Delaying an announcement is much more worse than announcing a release date which is safe.

basically im saying they said the end of september. They meant it. Its like asking you exactly when you're going to take a dump next. You're probably gonna be able to give a general area of time, but your not gonna know the exact minute of when the urge is going to hit you. Grow up.
