Wrath Of Baäpheth (Whirling chains)
I really like the optic of those chains and they hit pretty hard. Now after some testing i find them okay (score maybe 7/10) because they work in an attack speed and a crit build. I like the increased area and rage on kill to wipe the floor with most enemies.
Now i got two major questions / problems with this skill.

First is his official last attack where you attack in a straight line...it's garbage :D it has the same range but less area then the other hits and doesn't do more dmg (would be cool if, since you hit with both chains on the same target, you would do double dmg or something like that). And i often see myself MOVING TOO CLOSE to the enemy while doing this, so i stand next to him and the last attack misses...with the others no problem. And i rly don't like repositioning myself after every hit, especially if the enemy just broke.

The second one is: i can't figure out the reason behind the rune which gives you a 5th chain attack. Yes the attack is super nice aoe around you but besides that, it has no real advantage compared to the other 3 area hits. Those don't hit in a 360 degree but it is still enough...so why should i waste pooints in it when i could just start over with the nice first 3 attacks?

Would be nice to get some opinions on this one :)

I'm playing this skill currently.
If you go inly material without relying on ailments stacks (wich I did) the damage are meh. It's ok to clear mob packs at a relatively correct speed (nothing exceptionnal) but vs bosses in my opinion it's a bad skill in its current state.
Plus there is the forced move when using this skill that makes you go behind target sometimes and miss a full combo.

As i only played full material/phys I didn't skill the 5th attack, I don't think it's a valuable rune at all. I'd say go for the damage/rage gen/crit damage etc..

the skill is sexy, but remain indeed pretty meh compare to most others clearing way, tried that a moment because i love the visual, but quickly gave up on that, maybe in a full rage ( regen + gain on kill.. etc ) build used as "filer" but other than that... yeah. too bad.

Its a decent ability as a filler while you are waiting for others on cooldown like BE. Combines with Bulwark of Dawn nicely as an aoe clearer.

I'm personally running it on an ailment build with the sacred rune paired with the shadow rune for Thunderstrike along with it's buffing rune. It's super great to stack Weakened and Cursed along with the double dip whenever I get increased Occult damage from wherever and it does pretty great even without crits. (yep, not a crit build)
