How to duplicate skills?

Finished act 3 and skills level 40 yet i cannot duplicate any skills yet is there a reason for this all the posts i have looked at online said it should be unlocked now.

I think we have to beat act 4 now. I was trying to figure out how also, has something to do with rebuilding the city.

You need to do a specific project/building in the townbuilder part, that unlocks duplication. And new patch demolished all building I had, therefore effectively cut the throat of my duplication-dependent character (summoner: 2 skills x3 )

you need to finish act 4 and upgrade enneract lab project.

there is also a UI bug, it doesnt show the materials required until you have them, so if its just greyed out, thats the bug...

Make a new zone, a new city hq, etc. Dont undo the work of previous players time back to zero, what were you Devs thinking? Games usually progress, not regress in a manner that kills many builds, and the hours that players previously put into it. Shooting oneself in the foot hurts, but knowingly shooting the other foot also .....how you going to move forward? good luck Devs.

Unfortunately the devs decided that the most unique aspect of their skill system isn't available until you're a good chunk into the endgame loop.

anyone know what i need for dupli 2? i got the second building and main skill on 68 and dupli 1 on 60 but its not working...

ok u need to have 20000 essence to get dupli 2

How do I get essence? Is it the white color winged icon thing in your inventory? I have 0... where do you get them? Already at act 4.

Essence comes from either the siphon or from extarcts engrams when you use them in inventory.
