Is it worth it?

In this state, right now, for $20? Is it worth it?
I like the genre, prefer single player/self-found. Many hours into Grim Dawn, D2, Titan Quest, D3, Torchlight 2, PoE, Last Epoch, etc.
I kind of want to wait for $10.

I would probably wait for the next big update adding a new act (the fourth out of the five composing the whole campaign) and a massive rework/rebalance of various aspects of the game:

It should allow an improved first experience. But it's not known when it's coming.
(And when it's released, waiting a couple of weeks for the hotfixes may be better.)

If you want something now and you've already played everything else, then I guess...

I'd wait for a better sale, I've found a couple weeks ago the game on sale for 13 bucks from gamersgate (iirc), and while I've enjoyed it in the first 25-30 hours, the endgame is incredibly weak and repetitive, and the itemization didn't help (I have yet to find a unique which is better than a rare one and so on).

I've played single player/offline mode, for the matter.

Yes, it is. This game is extremely impressive. It is unfinished. It's currently even cheaper on Green Man Gaming.

Yeah on a discount youll definitely get your mileage out of it, prepare for a bumpy bug infested ride tho.

Yes , even at full price Wolcen in its current state is one of the better arpgs on the market and def worth it.

This game is so great, its all i've been playing while I wait for diablo 4, but honestly wolcen is impressive, the reviews score does not do it justice on the steam page. From graphics to sounds design, from spell effects to character builds, its the best i've seen in many many years.

Welcome to wolcen, if you encounter the 1 and only bug ive seen since ive jumped back in where you cannot attack or roll ect, just teleport with T then teleport back. So far thats the only thing ive run into. Its only happen to certain quest objective objects few and far so far.

Green Man? How does this work with steam? Is it 100% legit? I also think about playing Wolcen... i played too much PoE and Grim Dawn lol.

Green Man Gaming is legit. They sell steam keys. Never had an issue with them.

Enjoying it so far! No bugs yet. Looks really nice in 1440 with everything set to high. One of the prettiest top down ARPG, for sure. Might even look better than D2R...

They've been around for a long time and they use legitimate keys.

Like all the other key sites GMG simply purchases mass bulk of "global version" keys from 3rd world countries where the prices are dirt cheap.
