cant complete quest

i went into a random dungeon and got a quest that says track down evil but after clearing the whole place the quest didnt finish.
ive run through the whole dungeon twice and theres nothing left to kill

That sometimes happens when a single creature spawns inside a pocket within a jumble of rocks that you cannot get to.
Yes, it is bothersome, but the XP and one piece of Gear you'd receive is quite negligible.

Is there any way to work around this? I tried reloading the game, but that didn't work. As said, it is a minor thing, but still. It seems to be blocking all other side quests for me.
