support it or try to fight it look at fallout and elder scrolls would die fast if they started to stop people and for balence look at DD1 by trendy they have modes for mods to play online and for normal game online or runic games with torchlight 2 who have a great intergation of mods for online players im not saying games cant stand on there own without mods but we all enjoy a game for a lot longer if the devs support mods becouse regardless if you fight mods people will mod anyway gtaV as a example im not saying i will not buy if no support is given well i own it already as i already enjoy what you have now

Hi,

you can mod the game if you want (even in the alpha version) and works online and offline.
But that will change in the future, that you can only mod the offline game (no dedicated server for mp, so you can't mod the online game).

glad you are not trying to fight moders however what about supplying tools for players i get it you may or may not beable to say 100% yes we will but fallout 4 3 elder scolls 3 4 5 would have died as soon as they said this x dlc is the last and to what extent can you mod

This is a very interesting question. For sure being able to mod the game would drastically increase its lifespan but it means developing tools that are easy enough to handle and understand for the public. This is time and money consuming so i m not sure that this is something in scope with what Wolcen Studio can handle right now as far as Wolcen is their very first game. Time ll tell. ^^
