When do we get an AH and RMAH?

D3 had it, it was removed fast, because it broke the game, making it into nothing more then pay2win.

Auction houses in loot based ARPG go against the entire principle of the genre. Introduce an AH into an ARPG and all of its drive is gone. What would even be the purpose of playing? Farm gold so you can buy success on the AH?
