So sad, this game promised :c
I'm a Duke Backer and still not received the extra keys for my friends.
I hadn't got my extra keys either, but I posted about it on their forum quite a while ago (last year) And they gave me an Email: Jessica@wolcengame.com <-- contact her and give her all your info (backer #, email used when backing etc) And what tier you're on.
I got my keys quickly after doing that. Although, I doubt you'll get them quickly now, considering the insane amount of people playing the game.

If I would make a guess I would say the rewards aren't finished just as the game.

I dunno. I felt like I backed Umbra but received Wolcen. Nearly all of the stretch goals on the original Kickstarter campaign have not been completed.
The original description and premise of the game is quite different to what was delivered.
I honestly feel the team simply ran out of money and pushed what they had out the door.
