Anyone knows if this is part of the end game content? Having your personal place was a feature that made me buy this game in early access 5 years ago.
To be honest you should post way more in steam forums. Its your main sales platform and to be honest by interacting more with your consumers peopel would probably be way more sympathetic.
Also after this "rocky" start you should think about giving something back to your buyers like some free customization items (hairstyles, eye-colors) etc. (they are easy to produce yet ppl like them).
I think your game is interresting but if you want to make this another long-term game like Diablo or POE you should add content too keep players busy fast.
