Problem with the maintenance room
Hello, good afternoon, a few days ago I bought the game because it is the type of game that I like, but recently I have noticed that when an elevator or a generator or water or electricity breaks or breaks, the employees in the maintenance room do nothing about it, am I doing something wrong?

You built the "Handyman services for basic household maintenance". You need to build maintenance office which is in construction menu, building staff sub menu.
