I use excel to plan my layout, in red I have the restaurants, in brown the stores, blue the hotel and so, you need to know in advance the size of the services, stores and others.

The light blue are the hotel, the rooms are not labeled, from smallest to largest size are single occupancy, double occupancy, junior and large hotel room.
the black are the elevator, yellow the wiring closets, blue the plumbing closets, grey the freight elevator, the red between the elevators and closets are the trash bins.

Just a quick question:
it's been four years but do you recall what MOF, LOC, SOI, HQT etc did stand for?
LOC could be "Large Office Complex" i assume?
for example, HQT stay for an HQ Suite, the Tech Company Corporate HQ.
