Stores that sell fashion accessories

I've looked everywhere! I just can't find a store that sells fashion accessories. I can't build big luxury apartments...

I believe Medium stores can fix this, Shoe Stores and Handbags and Briefcases. There may be others, but if you select your store, then pick a TYPE, such as SHOE STORE, then hover over one of the named stores, the second line, just under the name for the store, says
Sells accessories

Of the medium stores, Shoe stores and handbag/suitcase stores sell fashion. Under large, the department store sells both clothing and fashion.
