Therefore I have divided my building into 2 halves (totally cvonnected in lower stories, püatially disconnected in higher ones each witgh one elevator) ...
the left side with shops and restaurants ... i.e. everything that loves lots of traffic ... and the right side with appartments and offices and everything else that doesn't like too much traffic.
Have made rather good experiences with this
I tend to put all my shops on the left side, then an elevator to the right of them, then to the right of that everything else, with the restaurants centered on the bottom three or four floors.
And I still get traffic at the furthest point away from the bus stop.
