Apartament and floor
I read that a apartament need to beh at high floor, but what number 10° 20° 40°?

Apartments don't need to be at a high floor, they just need to be above the ground floor. They generally get a bonus to their rent if they are above a certain height (I think it's the 10th floor).

Look at the View overlay.

Things that 'prefer upper floors' like green.
Things that 'prefer lower floors' don't like the green.
The green increases from about 10-30 then stays the same.

so the first 10 floor is better done to standard office. since 10 above office big or apartament

However medical studios / clinics like to be at lower floors.

Overlay = Button in the top left of the UI. Looks like two solid squares "overlaid" on top of each other.

View = View (item from the dropdown list) There won't be any green until the 10th floor.

I click view but nothing green under 10 floor
what do you intend with like the green?
