Dirty Rooms

Some tenants complain about dirty rooms. But mu janitors don't clean these rooms. What can I do about it? I know only specific tenants need janitorial services but still others are complaining about dirt and I dont know how to fix that. Help!

Janitors do not clean "dirty" rooms. Those rooms require renovation-level maintenance, and thus have to be specifically addressed by your maintenance office.

If you play the tutorial missions (specifically Tutorial 4: Disrepair), this gets covered.

I got the same question. Thanks a lot Landwalker. I didn't play all the tutorials and that was why I became crazy about the dirt rooms. Lol
