Worn down / damaged buildings

It would be nice if the maintenance workers automatically repare worn down buildings. Its such a hassle to do this manually, too much micromanagement. Its also a hassle because its not easy to see which buildings are worn down.

If you get the "large" maintenance building you can set it to auto do it.

YES this and for me It is causing a lot of ppl to leave my building just because I can't do it fast enough. I need to do it two times a day if I want nobody to leave...
A easy short term fix would be to lift the max on maintenance workers. So that they can do this faster. or when there is a room to fix, they do it immediatly and the costs get included in the daily expenses

You can, bye spending influence, add additionnal maintenance workers, let them do work faster, and have a (semi) automatized maintenance. And if you click on any maintenance worker room, you can order maintenance in bulk. I grant you that if you're short on cash, you cant repair all of them at once, therefore leaving you with the option to wait until midnight to get next pay, or toggle satisfaction screen and check wich are getting strongly red.
