Yeah. I have the upgraded office with automated checked as well.

Just to make sure, do they actually go out and renovate and bill you for it?
Because that will usually happen around 11 pm and if you have burned your money on that day before, they won't renovate.

No, that did not occur to me. This issue has persisted for numerous in game days.

Also, on another note, I think my building is just broken now. Every restaurant and shop just started complaining they had zero customers yesterday and they're leaving 1 by 1 which is causing other tenants to leave due to lack of these types of buildings. The profitability highlighting is red across the board.

I'll try rebuilding the maintenance offices tomorrow. Thank you for suggestion.
