2 bedroom apartment requirements
i'm trying to build a 2 bedroom apartment and it tells me i have to get a greater variety of small restaurants: i build/rented out all types of small cafe/food court and medium diner/restaurant

why is that still not enough?

I think that the important things for small restaurants are:
Food court breakfast
Food court lunch
Cafe coffee & breakfast
Cafe coffee & lunch
