Janitor problem ....

Ok I built the janitors room in the basement and 1st floor ... they come to work 4 of them per room I built and they just stand there during the night shift and dont work and in the morning they go home ... did I miss something ?

Grime is managed by maintenance workers. And they not simply clean. They re new the lot.

Dirty rooms are fixed by maintenance workers, so you've got that part down.

Janitors are a specific service (like courier services) that are only needed by specific types of tenants. They offer no benefit other than making those tenants happy, and they do not refurbish run-down units.

If the grime overlay shows red offices, I'm wondering if a 2nd janitorial service would affect this (make the red go away). Thoughts?
