Service Elevators

Since adding the Vegas edition, do I need to have service lifts. It now seems the Garbage won't get picked up from the floors above the the service lift. Keep getting destination unreachable. Can workers etc use the normal lift? I understand the housekeepers and Bell boys require wide lift, bit anyone else?

Service lifts are needed for certain hotel services only and you still need normal lifts for every thing else.
