these are the map limits:
Standard:
Max Height 60 - 120 with upgrade. Max amount of tiles 4000 - 8000 with upgrade. Max width is 70 Tiles
Narrow:
Max Height 80 - 160 with upgrade. Max amount of tiles 2400 - 5000 with upgrade. Max width is 32 Tiles
Wide:
Max Height 18 - 25 with upgrade. Max amount of tiles 3000 - 4500 with upgrade. Max width is 150 Tiles
Extra Large:
Max height 40 - 80 with upgrade. Max amount of tiles 6000 - 15000 with upgrade. Max width is 180 Tiles
About your play, limits depends from the map you choose. Also, scenarios have their own limits.
I was hoping for more information or options other than starting a new larger map....
If I may, I'd recommend maybe making an End-Game DLC, maybe with some more goals or contracts and things that you can do with your finished tower. Also, it would be nice to know the tile limits on the maps before you select them.
We probably won't be making any further content for this game - it came out over 5 years ago and after 6 DLCs and multiple platform ports, we moved on to our new game.
But very glad you enjoyed it - we're still very proud of Highrise and we still play it ourselves. :)
