50+ Spas Needed for 215 Hotel Rooms... WTF?
I know this is a game but, the number of spas required for such a small number of hotel rooms is absolutely absurd.

54 spas and I still have an insufficient number to handle 215 hotel rooms. I also have an astronomically absurd number of Dog Sitters, Wealth Advisers and Floral Designers and keep adding more to keep up with never-ending demand. Why can't a single Floral Designer or Wealth Adviser handle a single building?

I'm not as familiar with some of the DLC stuff you're describing, but - how many floors is your tower? The game does have trouble with pathfinding if you have a tall one, and if you have all of the services in the basement, they simply can't get to the higher floors quickly enough to consider the service call "fulfilled" for purposes of the game.

Hi,

service calls fulfilled are updated every 48 hrs in game. Please, reduce the number of the spas and wait a couple of in game days.

Probably a pathing issue... consider to improve the mobility in your tower.

You can also consider to post some screenshoots so the community can help you better.

I had all the Spas in the center of a tower with direct access to the hotel area via sky bridge. I'm really not sure why the demand never waned. The floral and wealth adviser services started, respectively, in the basement and at the top of the tower where the tenants who first requested an adviser lived. As demand continued to grow I had to add more more units until they were located pretty much everywhere across my structure.

It was a max height/width tower. On the largest map I was capped at 79 floors. I had 14,997 cells in use.

I deleted all the utilities and watched it burn! I can probably revive a previous auto-save and get a few screen shots. One thing I noticed that didn't make any sense at all was that every once in a while all of the hotel rooms would flash that little red circle things that shows a destination is unreachable but, then I would watch the little NPC go to their room and have room service delivered so it was reachable? Very weird...

It was a mass height/width tower. On the largest map I was capped at 79 floors. I had 14,997 cells in use.
Oof, yeah - that is a massive, massive tower, haha. Like I'd usually run into problems around floors 20 to 30. If you search in the older threads, you might find some more in-depth discussion about huge tower construction like that. IIRC, it requires a lot of advance planning, as well as doing things like making sure that not too many floors "shared" the same elevators. (i.e. If you have floors 0-20 assigned to one elevator, and 20-40 assigned to a second, this is better than 0-40 assigned to both.) However, I was mostly focused on doing scenarios in my playthrough, so I never got much into the advanced logistics and building like this myself.

Gotcha... I'll have to look a bit deeper for info on big buildings. I spent an outrageous amount of time planning that massive building so I'm kinda tapped out for now but, I'll probably come back for more in a week or two.

I thought I planned the elevator system pretty well because I had 6 separate shafts from basement to roof but, based on what you said I can see how that may have created a problem. Initially, every section was designed to house its tenants as well as their support buildings but, in a few cases (as mentioned at the start of this thread) those areas were quickly filled and support buildings started going wherever they would fit.

Yeah, IIRC, the elevators in the tower function like IRL. So, if you have people needing to get from 0 to 40, it would stop at every single floor, and in the course of a day, some people just wouldn't ever get to their floor. (The exact number might not be 40 here, though - Like I said, I kind of finished up playing a while ago, haha.)
