Duplex Apartments Question

I seem to be missing something as a luxury family duplex states it needs 12 indoor decos for me to build it. I haven't been able to find what indoor decos is or how I can raise it. Google is no help and I haven't found anything on the steam forums either.

Can anyone point out what I am missing?

Click on the paint brush icon (has the tooltip "add decorative elements to your building"). It's right beside the framed picture icon. Then you will see tabs for seating, cabinets, plants, furniture, lights etc. All of those are considered indoor deco items I believe. And the best part is, they are free!

Thanks for the headsup. I hadn't considered those because they were free. I thought they were just eyecandy so you could give your buildings a different styles to a building or area.
