Grime and Cleaning Closets.
Ok Ive been playing this for a bit. Grime is always high and repairs get really expesnive. I place cleaning closets on every floor and it does not imporve anything. What is point of having Custodianal closets if it doesnt work? I'd like see service that really keeps building clean during day and not having to wait until night to fix it.

i put all 3 from 1 supply closet on 1 floor and they still did nothing ^^

Edit: They are working but you need more than 3 per floor, if all restuarant's, 1 between every 3rd one almost.

Oh I know it, I done same thing, put one right next to a high traffic area business that would get run down over and over, NOTHING! UGH! Drives me nuts, I think that may be a bug but I don't know.
