Assigned parking space required

Needed for 2 bedrrom luxury apt. Can't find an option anywhere in the game (or in google) excpt for a parking space mod. Is the mod required or else where can I find this option?

Check the Building icon. Once you click it, choose the Parking tab.

To add onto what was already mentioned, keep in mind that you have to build a ramp on every floor going up to your parking spots, which gets expensive for maintenance costs. Each and every family apartment or berlin office requires their own parking spot, and it has to be on the same floor.

I love the addition of parking spots, but wow is it a bad idea in the early game.

Only the ramp has to be on the same floor as the parking spots, but it is not required to have a parking spot on the same floor as the office or family apartment. You can build an underground parking lot underneath your office or residential tower, and it will work just fine.

When I click the building icon there is no parking tab. Just
Infrastructure, Building Staff, Trash, Doors, Facilities, Transit, and Lobbies

Odd, it shoud be between Doors and Facilities.

Try to verify the file cache through steam, maybe there's a problem with one of your files.

Thanks for the hlp. I bought a bundle of the game with DLCs. It looks like for some reason I missed Brilliant Berlin. Dowloaded it and now I see the option. Case closed!

Yes, you have to have the DLC to unlock the option. I don't think the room should show if the dependency cannot be met by the base game.
