What is "lobby art" for this contract?

Click the Art Icon (the painting). There is a tab for Lobby, but I think that's mostly lights and wall panels. The 'Large Art' tab will have one or two Lobby Paintings.

Specifically for this contract, nothing seems to work when placing things in the lobby.
