I find that most of the times I get this message it's because they want their place to be renovated.

For the record, I'm not crazy about that notification either... I wish it was more specific to so I could figure out what I can do to please the tenants.

It does tell us this info.
Select the unsatisfied unit, that it saying "Our employees seem unhappy here" and look in the Rent Report section in the info panel. There is a section titled Employees that shows the # of slaves and the time they work. On the right there is an icon of a slave,

and mousing over that shows you your slave's information. In this tooltip each slave will tell you how they are feeling.

I was thinking same thing @ that icon in Unit Report when I first read this thread but I assumed the OP already knew about this. Oh, well. Never assume things, I guess. :P

Well since you're an expert by your own admission, that icon is useless . "This place is so dirty" isn't my fault when I've taken every precaution and more to keep the tower clean. It's the fault of the devs unreal illlogical expectations for a game that should be fun and not the mircromanagement of every drone and electrical socket in the building.

Have a great day dispensing advice. Or just injecting yourself without usefull commentary. If I had normal vision I would have seen that originally but it proves to be useless anyway. The devs don't give a shirt.
