Noise / smell overlay?
Anyway, there is a little randomness in rooms's occupancy. Have you tried to boost it with an ad campaign?
But i'm thinking the changes we do to rates, or random events takes a couple of days to have an effect, as i said increase in occupacy a couple of days after changing things, but it could also be random. It would be great though, getting some knowledge too how big of an effect restaurants and shops have on hotel occupany.
If this is intended, then it's working. But it's a shame other amenities have such a small impact compare to booking a performer.
