Wouldn't a more elegant solution be to allow us to put the marquee outside the build limits, or fix a big neon sign to the side of the building instead (like the HVAC units)? Or even better, simply remove the requirememt to have a marquee.
The thought of tearing away three floors at ground level, moving tenants and services, and maybe even moving an entire lift shaft is... well... it kind of puts me off playing.
Edit: It turns out my building width is limited to 70 tiles, and that's why the marquee sign is such an issue.
