anyone have any advice for this? I have the rest of the boss fight down pretty well, but the final phase is annihilating me

The orbs that draw the grid and circle in the arena can be reflected so they just don't draw the rest of what they were going to draw

I've found reflecting the grid orbs fiddly, so not sure I'd suggest it.

What I've found useful is dodging diagonally across grids. It's a far larger space, so you're less likely to get hit, plus it's good practice for the furier difficulty version which features a lot more instances of two waves at once.

While dodging through the waves from the clones, if you go corner-to-corner in one square, you don't need to dash over the grid lines. Treat the box you get drawn into as your entire arena.

I like to dodge over the grid horizontally or vertically as the novas approach, It was the easiest way for me to do it way back when, here is a quick (7 minute) tutorial showing a few ways you can do it also.
