yes i have through ds4 windows. i have no idea if ps4 controllers are natively supported.

Try this driver:

It will emulate an Xinput controller, and be fully compatible with the game. I use a PS3 controller myself.

I remapped all of the buttons to work with my DS4 on my macbook, but the special won't work regardless of what controller button I map it as. Left shift does it, but I've mapped left shift to every button on the DS4 and it just won't work.


I have 94 minutes in this game and most of that is just remapping and trying to get it to work.

wow, that is a lot of programming just to enjoy 1 game.

Sadly, I never got it to work. The special button just won't map to anything. Oh well, I really didn't want to have to return it, but it is what it is. I should have hopped in here and checked before buying, but nostalgia and excitement got the best of me.

Steam added PS4 controller support a while ago. Plain Bluetooth receivers won't work, so either use USB cables or buy the Sony wireless thingy. Wired works well with this game.

Remap the special to another key then, see if it works, you can change most of keys... if I remember the only key you're not able to change is Esc and it's dumb if you and a friend play on the keyboard, cause just player 1 will be able to open the menu

Sorry I wasn't able to help, but I caved as well and picked up a steam controller to avoid this happening with other games as well.
