How to open Vent in School Basement?

In the basement area, take the door on the far right. This room you get attacked by multiple "Skull Guys" or whatever theyre called. There is a Vent up on a platform, hitting it makes Glen say "I need to find something to pry this open".

I tried a golf club/baseball bat/rake, no effect. It seems to be some kind of "story item" I need to find. Anyone got past this?

You need the crowbar, it's found on the shelf outside that room to the south, it's on that red shelf... can't really miss it.

Well.. aparently I did, but thanks! .. I'll give it a shot.

Ok, I figured it out. There was no Crowbar at first, the Crowbar appears after you trigger the story mission that leads to that area.

I never noticed it. I think I'm at the part where I need to get through there. I'll just look again.
