The Mamiya family returns once again, this time with a kinky femboy in tow. It’s easily the most disturbing entry in the series yet, involving "spunk noodles," "steak enemas," and an overwhelming fixation on poop that may be too much for some players. The story is paper-thin as well. Unlike the first game, there’s no major twist or surprising revelation. So negative points in that regard.
