"Spiral Smoke" and "Centipede" achievements?

Still can't find where to unlock them. Anyone?

Spiral smoke is sneaking a drag off the hookah man's hookah. He can't be looking at you, though

How do you do it though? Even when he's asleep he wakes up and stops me.

Do you notice him ever getting upset about something the parrot does? Click on the parrot over his tent and sometimes it poops on the tent. He'll get upset and clean off the tent - that's when he's distracted enough for you to sneak a smoke

It's on the red planet, down where you set the totem's numbers, if anyone was trying to find it too.
