Stucked in pot episode

First i couldn't get out of my ship, i tried a different save to get out of ship and now i stuck in pot episode which you filled it with water to the get through the door, also cant get the golden fish achievement. I think i did nothing wrong because when i fail over and over, i look to the walkthroughs to see what i am missing then i did exactly like in videos.
