CHKN's Future? Returning To The Past or Bringing The Past Back?

Is CHKN still be worked on, as in, in progress or delayed? In all honesty, I really enjoy the game! However, though I enjoy the new-and-improved CHKN early release, I still want the past biomes, creature parts, creature raids, and overall variety and thriving gameplay it once had.

Is there not a way to revert back to the early alpha or beta versions of the game?
Would it completely erase all data between switching versions? Could it be done without too much data loss?

If not, is there any way to bring the past creature parts and/or biomes into the early access version? I know the past parts had compatibility issues, but is there a way? The dragon parts were brought back and hadn't changed much.

One last question... Could the past parts and biomes be brought back? Nothing else I loved more than exploring the various biomes from the desert to the swamp, up the mountain cliffs to the forest, across the vast plains to the place where the adventure first began, and discover, tame, battle, and create companions from various creatures, like the wolf or sheep, the tortoise/turtle or bunny, and the llama or giraffe. Regardless if the designs are slightly different, I only ask for them to come back, and enrich the CHKN we have now.
