Iron Ore?

I have been searching for what seems like forever to find Iron Ore to make some progress in this game, and just can't seem to find it anywhere, anyone have any suggestions?

I've looked everywhere it seems, and I've watched YouTube videos of when it first released, and it seemed like it was so easily spotted and the ground was practically littered with it, I just can't seem to find it anywhere

I found it deeper in the forests away from the beach area. There seems to be more stone and limestone than iron ore.

Awesome, I'll give it a look then! I've really wanted to get more into the game, bcuz it seems like a lot more fun than a lot of people make it out to be. Like in the one Discussion for "Better Graphics?" It's made the way it is for a reason haha.

i have the same issue. i ONLY have silica ore. it is rare to find limestone, and i dont have any stone period. thanks for the suggestion. im tired of using a hoe to mine rocks lol

Limestone rare? Limestone is everywere.
SIlic is white stones. Limestone are round yelowish rocks.
For stone you need to have at least to have +1 creation cube, as you can't create creature that is strong enough for stone.
To gather limestone use snake head.

actually you can. 1 body block with a snake head and chicken legs with a single eye and you can break stone blocks with level 1 lifeblock.

Iron you need an attack of 60 or something to break, so get a really strong creature, go to the forest with huge trees, and mine the black rocks.
