Ladder Truck Basket Arm

Unable to move the basket arm on the Ladder Truck despite repeated attempts using both the controller or mouse, every other fiction on the truck works except for that; any help addressing would be great.

Press and hold the "Shift" key on your keyboard - like shown in the instructions :-)

I did that already and it didn't work, so I ended up uninstalling the game then reinstalled it and that fix the issue... Thanks anyway.
