Joking aside, an open world is a great idea, let's wait and see what the devs wants to add to the game.
it be a waste to just say we done no more plannings as it is
many wishes are on free play and random calls u guys can only make it much much better by planning to add so :)
ur choice but do not waste away the chance of the best firefighter game arround is my advice on this
This is not good as a fun game-play mechanic or realism...
You should seriously consider adding a random call button. If you are worried about people wanting to do specific things, i would not worry as you can still keep the system you already got too (Choosing a mission).
You folk need to seriously consider some of the feedback. There is critical flaws holding the potential of the game back. People are giving negative feedback in reviews (Putting people off purchasing) over minor development work. Inserting a simple "take call" button that randomly chooses a unlocked mission would take a single dev less than a afternoon to finish (Put some text on a button/image and link a simple random selection script and insert somewhere on the mission select UI, make sure the mission/description is shown before/during selecting a vehicle and great success)... it would literately add days/weeks/months of ADDITIONAL gameplay and realism (It does not remove anything)... which i believe is profit...
The whole driving to location aspect is a different issue, which can be left alone or once again remedied by simply adding a skip drive button (I like the driving aspect as it adds realism. I am aware that in MP there is a button available for certain completed missions, personally i feel the driving aspect should be left as is (I don't however like having to do it all again after being forced to restart just because the fire killed someone... but that is a different issue).
You don't even own the game...
Does you system meet the minimum system requirements?
