I had that invisible fire problem too.
We are aware of this issue and are already working on a permanent solution. Is this problem strictly multiplayer related, singleplayer or both?
Seems mainly like a singleplayer thing. I got a buddy to do it with me and we were able to complete it.
I've only experienced it in single player.
Thank you for your feedback. We will look into this matter ourself.
Sadly, the dev did the same thing with this game that always happens: they abandoned it.
The only things what can happen is you fail a mission due to dead victim in the nightbars because you have to fight the fires to reach the (also burning) backroom (you have the choice between burning yourself or the victim) but that's RNG.
