The whole name should've been something like "Malware Gen: Atc4.Detection" which means it's a generic malware detection, found by BitDefender's Active Threat Control.
If you're not sure about a file, you can always upload it to https://www.virustotal.com/ and have it checked by around 60 anti-virus engines.
"Error 36 a file was locked and could not be opened for writing"
Turns out that BitDefender Total Security 2018 "found" Atc4.Detection in Gameclient.exe:
"The file c:\... neverwinter\live\gameclient.exe is infected with Atc4.Detection and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean"
A Google search for Atc4.Detection revealed that it appears to not exist at all, and just about every hit was to do with BitDefender false positives deleting files and sending them to Quarantine.
So that was a pleasant waste of several hours running a complete system scan with DB and Malwarebytes...
I've used BD since 2012 and never had a problem with it until this last year or two.
