Wondering if it will happen in the long time running if there is no legal trouble, sorry if I haven't seen the answer for that part. I get lost easily for awhile now a days. Also question what is this game based off of? I remember something similar but mind is hazy.

Lost Technology is an appropriation of a game program called Vahrenturga (ヴァーレントゥーガ).
Vahrenturga was the winner of the 2009 game contest held by the major Japanese free game posting site Freem!, and boasts over 200,000 downloads.

Also mod support has been disabled for the Steam release-

The Japanese version still contains the currently available free version, all of the basic functions without changes, and all factions are included in full right off the bat.
(Still, a mod function is removed from the build due to copyright issues.)

One developer.
However, the original developer for the game engine has also been helping out to bring the game to English.

Otherwise I haven't done anything, just a quick "this stuff works", so I can't tell you much. It's nothing super-complicated or anything but there isn't a convinient all-in-one editor either, just a bunch of encoders for the pictures (this has nothing to do with the Steam release and is the same for the Japanese versions) and some general advice on how to create your own mod/campaign/thing.

Im really stump on how to make Vahren into english, with the file it means like txt file or a folder...ugh I can't figure it out as for the modding I am unsure where in the garbled mess it is. We need a guide or a video for a step by step process well for the ones who can't understand fully like myself.
