The prosperity however should be avalible as it came with the base game and i believe it is only avalible at the Numibia HQ station. if its not, and you have completed the research then sorry but i don't know.
First one through research and the others (if you have the Titans DLC) after conquering enough of the map.
Wait really? i was under the assumption they wouldnt be after one of my earlier posts was replyed with
"Scenario DLCs like Rise of Numibia and Cycle of Warfare are separate starts. Deadly Dozen and Titans Return are story DLCs so they add to the main game."
That said, if i was wrong, then awesome.
You can still get the ships though.
I is still kind of weird that the two sun region is not available, it not actually like the map is bigger, it is more like the focus has being moved to the right and therefore the most left part of the map is lost.
Should we randomly conquer more sectors? And if so, how many?
Or do specific areas provide another titan construction option?
They appear at HQ when you conquer enough of the map (about 1/6)
