What other space games is this like?

I'm looking for a new space game to sink my teeth into, and I've been following this a while. I got starpoint gemini 2, but I just never played more than 5 minutes into it, who knows why. I prefer the more arcadey space sim games, like rogue galaxy and galaxy on fire 2, but I also had a whirl at eve and enjoyed that, so I was just wondering what this was like before getting it, if only games still had demos :C

Thank you for showing interest in the game. As for arcadeish feel, we are not hardcore but the game has many mechanics and micromanaging them at times cannot be called arcadeish. As Tanvaras said, please check some YouTube Let's Plays to see if that is something that might interest you. You can also get the game and refund it in under 2 hours if you don't like it. We don't mind that. It certainly beats having unstatisfied player that feels ripped off.
