[mild spoilers] How do you deploy the proxima beacon for the Edea mission?

Hey all,

I'm very far into the campaign, on the mission where you've just finished the Proxima and have to escort it to Edea. So I go to Edea, but my only issue is that for the life of me I can't figure out how to deploy the Proxima. It just says "deploy proxima". There's no outline on the starmap like the proxima says there's supposed to be, there's no option on the context menu, no extra "proxima beacon" in my item bar, nothing.

So, how do I deploy the proxima for this mission near Edea?

There should be a kinda of semi transparent build nearby after you kill and disable all the enemies. You would finish them off, go to it and bring up the context menu to summon it. It's around there I assure you.
